Covid 19 – Fishing Charters & The “New Normal”

At Rodney’s REEL Outdoors your safety comes first. Here are the safety precautions we’ll be taking going forward on all our Sport Fishing Charters.

Precautions for Guiding Trolling Charters in our 22’ Thunderjet
– Upon meeting, hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to clean their hands.
– Not mixing groups onboard. Guests will need to be from the same family or close friends.
– Limiting the amount of people on board from 6 people to 4 people unless they are from the same family or close friends.
– Cleaning and Sanitizing all railings and grab bars prior to every charter.
– Cleaning and Sanitizing all fishing equipment such as handles and reels prior to every charter.
– Anyone feeling sick will not be allowed to participate.

Masks will not be provided. Should you wish to wear a mask you will be responsible to bring your own. 

Precautions for Guiding Fly Fishing and Bass Fishing Charters
– Upon meeting hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to clean their hands.
– Limited to 2 guests.
– Having customers meet me at the lake or if they choose to ride with me they have the option to both sit in the rear seats of my truck.
– Cleaning and Sanitizing all fly equipment such as handles and reels prior to every charter.
– Anyone feeling sick will not be allowed to participate.
– Limiting “High Fives” after landing the Big One to “Air’ High Fives!
